Privacy Policy
How your photos and account information are handled.

Your account
We use your name, email and session cookies to operate your account. Payment providers process payment details; this application stores order and credit records, not full payment card numbers.
Photos and AI processing
When you start a video, the two uploaded photos, a scene prompt and any selected reference video or audio are sent to APIMart for AI processing. Only upload photos, videos and audio you are authorized to use. Your uploaded photos, videos and audio are stored outside the public web directory. You can preview your own uploads while signed in; APIMart retrieves them through signed links valid for no more than 24 hours.
Uploaded media access expires after 24 hours. Expired files are cleaned up when the studio is used and by operational cleanup jobs; physical removal may occur after access expires. Deleting a finished or failed video removes its retained source photos, videos and audio sooner. Provider copies and processing logs follow APIMart's own retention practices and are not removed by deleting a local history entry.
Generated videos
The studio stores task status, credit usage and the provider's video URL. Download your video before that URL expires. Videos are not promised permanent storage. Your history is visible to your signed-in account. Authorized operators may access stored service records to investigate support requests and failures.
Controls
You can delete completed video entries from My videos and update account details in Profile. For account deletion or a data request, open a support ticket from your account. Tasks with uncertain submission status may need reconciliation before removal so that credit accounting remains correct.
Service providers and security
Authentication, hosting, payment and AI providers receive the information needed for their functions. Access controls, signed media URLs and encrypted HTTPS transport protect data. Optional analytics and login providers depend on the site's configured services.
Contact and updates
Use the support section in your account for privacy questions. This policy will be updated when data handling changes.
Product behavior analytics
We use first-party visitor and session identifiers for page views, template choices, upload states, generation outcomes, payment outcomes and download clicks. Events do not include photo content, prompts, file names, email addresses, full external URLs or payment secrets. Signed-in activity is linked to an account ID and is visible only to administrators with analytics permission. Browser analytics respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control; operational server outcomes are still recorded. Reports cover at most 90 days and older events are periodically removed when analytics are written.
