AIGC Acceptable Use Policy

Scope and responsibilities

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to uploaded photos, generation requests, outputs and use or distribution of those outputs. The studio is for adults aged 18 and over. Only use photos of consenting adults or animals you are authorized to depict; photos of minors and public figures are not allowed. Obtain all necessary permissions and review outputs before publication. Disclose AI generation where required and never misrepresent synthetic media as a genuine recording.

Prohibited content — each category is forbidden

• Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit acts, pornographic nudity, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized manipulation of a person's likeness.
• Violence / gore: graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, animal cruelty or content encouraging violent acts, threats, terrorism or extremist violence.
• Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanizing or inciting hatred, discrimination or violence against people based on protected traits such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
• Child unsafe content / CSAM: any sexual depiction, sexualization, grooming, exploitation, endangerment or abuse of minors, including fictional, synthetic or age-ambiguous depictions. Do not upload minors, even for an otherwise non-sexual scene.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive impersonation of real people, unauthorized face or voice use, fabricated endorsements or evidence, identity fraud, misleading political content, harassment or non-consensual intimate deepfakes. Consent to a photo does not authorize deceptive distribution.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected photos, music, characters, logos or brands, counterfeit endorsements or content infringing copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights. Access to a model does not grant rights in someone else's material.
• Other abuse: scams, doxxing, privacy violations, illegal activities and attempts to bypass filters or access controls. These rules apply even when prohibited content is disguised, requested indirectly or distributed outside this website.

Content moderation and its limits

The studio limits requests to preset scene prompts, requires a rights-and-consent confirmation and validates request parameters on the server. Video requests sent to Apimart include nsfw_check: true to enable the provider's NSFW check. The provider may reject or fail a request under its safety rules. These safeguards do not establish that every photo or output has been checked for every prohibited category, and do not guarantee a safe, lawful or non-infringing result.

Reports submitted through support tickets are available for the support team to review. In investigating a report, the team may review relevant task records and content still available to the platform, request clarification and assess context and rights. We do not promise universal pre-publication human review or a separate comprehensive automated classifier for every category. Relevant data is handled under the Privacy Policy, with access limited to what is needed for service and investigation. Users must still check their outputs before sharing them.

Enforcement actions

Depending on evidence, severity, repetition and applicable law, the platform may warn users, reject or stop requests where possible, restrict generation, remove content under its control, or suspend or terminate account access. Severe cases, particularly child exploitation, credible threats or fraud, may be handled immediately without prior warning. Where required by law, relevant information may be preserved or referred to competent authorities. We cannot necessarily remove copies distributed on third-party websites; you must stop unlawful distribution and cooperate with lawful requests.

Only confirmed failed tasks return reserved credits under the Terms of Service. Submitted tasks cannot be canceled by users, and wait timeouts do not trigger a credit return. Safety review does not promise approval, automatic cash refunds or forfeiture of all remaining credits. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected. Where legally permitted and appropriate, users will be told the reason for restrictions and how to appeal.

Reporting and contacting customer service

Use Online support / support tickets to contact customer service or report prohibited content, infringement or unsafe behavior. Sign in or create an account, open a ticket with the subject “AIGC report,” and include the task ID or accessible link, the category and reason, your relationship to the affected rights and necessary non-sensitive evidence. Replies and follow-up requests can be read in the same ticket. For copyright or trademark complaints, identify the protected work or mark, the allegedly infringing material and your authority to report it.

Do not upload or redistribute CSAM or other illegal material as evidence: provide identifiers and a description instead. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or authorities; support tickets are not an emergency channel.

Appeals

To challenge an enforcement action, submit an “AIGC appeal” support ticket with the affected task/account, the decision and your explanation or authorization evidence. The support team can review the available information and uphold, adjust or reverse the action as appropriate; reinstatement is not guaranteed. Do not create another account to evade restrictions while an appeal is pending.

Model transparency

Video generation is served through Apimart using Seedance 2.0 (seedance-2.0) or Seedance 2.5 (seedance-2.5), with Seedance 2.0 as the default. The generator displays the currently configured model and history displays the recorded model for each task. Resolution choices are not model choices. Outputs, including their audio track, are synthetic; they are not original reference recordings.
