Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing credits or using the studio, you agree to these terms and the AIGC Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service and underlying AI models

The studio generates a 15-second landscape duet video from two photos and a selected scene. Video and audio are AI-generated. Video generation uses the Seedance 2.0 (seedance-2.0) or Seedance 2.5 (seedance-2.5) model through Apimart. The default is Seedance 2.0; the operator can configure either supported model. The generation interface displays the current configured model, and video history identifies the model recorded for each task. Apimart is the API service provider; it is not the model name. Quality options (480p, 720p and 1080p) are resolutions, not different models. Model availability may change; consult the displayed model before submitting.

Accounts and authorized use

Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate information and notify support of unauthorized access. Use only photos of consenting adults or animals that you are authorized to use. Do not upload minors, public figures, copyrighted characters or material intended for deceptive impersonation, harassment, fraud or illegal use. You must have the necessary copyright, image, likeness, trademark and other permissions for uploads and intended use of outputs. Do not evade safety checks, exploit the service, interfere with other users or resell unauthorized access.

You retain any rights you hold in your uploads and grant us and our service providers only the permissions needed to process them, provide the service and investigate misuse in accordance with the Privacy Policy. These terms do not guarantee that AI outputs qualify for copyright protection or are exclusive or free of third-party rights. Review generated media before sharing and clearly identify it as AI-generated where required; never present it as authentic evidence of a real event.

Credits, payments and failed tasks

Credits are purchased in one-time packs. The selected quality determines the credit cost shown before generation. The server validates the price and credits for purchases. Submitted generations cannot be canceled by users. Only confirmed failed generations return reserved credits; wait timeouts do not. Users may create another video while an earlier task continues. If submission is uncertain, credits remain reserved while the task is reconciled; contact support to reconcile that task before duplicating it; creating other videos remains available. A credit return is not a cash refund. Payment disputes and refund requests can be submitted through online support and are assessed under applicable law and the purchase terms. Account restrictions do not remove mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Availability and downloads

Generation depends on third-party services and can be delayed, rejected or unavailable. Download completed videos before the provider's link expires. Photos have limited retention and completed tasks may be deleted from your history. See the Privacy Policy for storage and processing details.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement. AI outputs may contain errors, unexpected or inappropriate details. Likeness, motion, anatomy and lip synchronization vary; repeated requests may produce different results. We do not promise exact reproduction of reference clips, restoration of their original soundtrack, a particular creative outcome or commercial success. Outputs are not professional or legal advice.

Liability and user breach

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Where lawful, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to that claim. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded, and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

You are responsible for unlawful uploads, unauthorized use of another person's likeness or intellectual property, deceptive distribution and other breaches of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, you must compensate the platform for reasonable, documented losses and costs directly caused by your breach, including substantiated third-party claims; this does not make you responsible for our own fault. Depending on severity, we may reject requests, restrict generation, remove content under our control, suspend or terminate access, and pursue legal remedies. Enforcement, reporting and appeals are described in the AIGC Acceptable Use Policy.

Term and termination

These terms apply while you use the service. You may stop using it at any time and contact support about account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breaches, fraud, safety risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue; serious harm, child safety concerns or legal obligations may require immediate action. Termination ends access and further generation; payment obligations already incurred, rights-related responsibilities and provisions intended to survive remain in force. Remaining credits and refunds are handled under applicable law and the purchase terms, rather than automatically forfeited. You may appeal through online support.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes, publish the updated date and notify users of material changes where required. Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights govern notwithstanding these terms; nothing here prevents you from using a competent court or statutory complaint procedure.

For service, payment, account, content reports or appeals, contact our customer service through Online support / support tickets. Sign in or create an account to submit a ticket and read the team's replies. For a content report, include the task ID or link, the reason and relevant non-sensitive evidence. Do not upload or redistribute illegal child sexual abuse material.
