How to make a realistic Hotel Lobby AI video from a photo?
Improve source-photo quality, inspect identity through motion, and understand the current two-subject input requirement.
A photo is the reference, not a realism guarantee
A sharp portrait gives the generator a clearer starting point. On this site's current workflow, you need two subject images: one photo per subject. If you only have a photo of yourself, prepare a second permitted subject image too; there is no separate single-subject workflow described here.
Prepare stronger inputs
Choose photos with even light, clear eyes, uncovered faces, and natural skin detail. Avoid heavy retouching, extreme camera angles, compression artifacts, and several faces competing in the same image. Similar clarity across both portraits makes the inputs easier to judge.
Match the scene and settings
Preview the template for lighting, framing, and movement. Select the quality that meets your viewing needs and check the cost. More pixels do not automatically fix identity drift or unnatural hands. Reference video and audio can guide the performance, but do not guarantee exact copying.
Review realism across the whole clip
Look for stable facial features during turns, natural expressions, plausible hands, and movement that fits the scene. Check mouth movement against the audio too. Pause at several points; a realistic opening frame can hide errors later in the clip.
If the source photo is unclear, replace it before retrying. If the result still fails your standard, consider a different scene or editing a shorter usable segment. AI generation cannot promise photorealism or exact identity in every frame.
